Values
The values described here provide insight into how TNT Intelligence works and prepares decisions collaboratively.
Clarity
TNT Intelligence understands clarity as a structural property of technical systems, not only as a question of communication.
In practice, the work emphasizes that decisions, responsibilities, and system boundaries remain traceable, especially under uncertainty or time pressure. Unclear ownership or implicit assumptions make systems more fragile and are therefore addressed deliberately.
Integrity
At TNT Intelligence, architectural decisions are always considered in the context of responsibility, boundaries, and their long-term effects. Simplifications are not evaluated in isolation, but placed in the context of their consequences over time.
If it becomes apparent that a system cannot be operated responsibly, this is stated openly and incorporated into further decision-making.
Responsibility
Responsibility is not abstracted or delegated without being traceably located.
TNT Intelligence emphasizes that responsibility remains visible in architectures, processes, and roles. Where the responsibility reference is not clear, TNT Intelligence supports making it visible and placing it in context.
Restraint
Restraint is part of a deliberate technical practice.
Not every technically possible measure is sensible or necessary. Limiting scope, reducing complexity, or declining engagement can be as valid outcomes as active implementation.
These values do not remain abstract. The Publications area shows how they are translated into explicit boundaries, enforcement, and reviewable architecture across GTAF, runtime, SDK, and ITA.
