This website does not use analytics, tracking, cookies, or third-party scripts.

No user accounts, forms, uploads, or interactive features are provided.

Server-side access logs are processed solely for technical operation and security.

Legal basis

Access logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email correspondence is processed to respond to inquiries and to assess potential engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Storage and retention

Server access logs are retained for 14 days and then deleted, unless required for security investigations.

Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and for legally required retention periods.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).

Email provider: Google Workspace. A Cloud Data Processing Addendum (CDPA/DPA) is accepted. Data at rest is stored in the EU. Processing may still occur outside the EU/EEA; appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) apply.

Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) is operated on our infrastructure for system reliability and does not involve third-party processing.

Data subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, as applicable.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.
