About
Working on the foundations of technical decisions.
Role and Organizational Context
TNT Intelligence focuses on the structural prerequisites of responsibility, control, and decision authority in technical systems.
The work is oriented toward environments where technical decisions have enduring consequences and extend beyond individual implementations.
Alongside conceptual and architectural work, concrete implementations or technical elaborations may — depending on the task — be part of the collaboration.
Scope of Engagement
TNT Intelligence engages where technical decisions are more than execution — where they shape responsibility, control, and long-term governability.
Typical work sits at the intersection of architecture, organization, and technology. This includes, among other things:
- jointly clarifying decision and responsibility structures
- translating governance assumptions into architectural decisions
- analyzing and shaping system boundaries and control mechanisms
- supporting concrete technical efforts where structural questions must be anchored in practice
Such questions arise across very different organizations — from early teams to established structures. What matters is not size or industry, but the relevance of the underlying decision.
Architectural Perspective
TNT Intelligence approaches technical systems from an architectural perspective — with a focus on structure, system boundaries, and the long-term effects of decisions.
This perspective helps order complexity and align technical efforts so they not only work in the short term, but remain viable over time.
Architecture does not imply distance from execution; it provides a deliberate foundation for it. Clear structures support implementation, operations, and ongoing evolution alike.
Responsibility and Boundaries
For TNT Intelligence, responsibility is not an abstract principle but a concrete design question.
Collaboration therefore emphasizes that decision paths, responsibilities, and authority remain traceable. Where these aspects stay unclear or implicit, TNT Intelligence supports making them visible and discussable.
Clear boundaries help locate responsibility cleanly, shape interventions deliberately, and respect existing structures. This provides the foundation for sound technical decisions.
Collaboration
TNT Intelligence collaborates with organizations in which technical systems materially shape responsibility, decision processes, and trust.
The work begins where architectural questions and responsibility allocation play a particular role — often complementary to existing teams, roles, or functions.
The aim is to create clarity without replacing or overriding existing responsibilities.
Public Work
TNT Intelligence makes tools, libraries, and reference material publicly available when doing so helps clarify responsibility and governability in agentic and automated systems and enables discussion and further development.
The Publications area already makes that concrete: with GTAF as a reference model, runtime and SDK as operational building blocks, and ITA as an architecture model for trusted autonomy.
